First tray printing a black and white copy to see if you get same quality problem then try each individual color. If it shows on each copy then check The transfer belt Assy . If it only shows on one color then would be a drum unit or could be toner on laser shield glass . Other thing stop it during copying process and see where it's coming from look at drums and see if that shows up on them

This is usually caused by defective, or empty, toner cartridges. A good cleaning and replacing the old waste toner drum as will as the defective cartridge with a certified manufacturer's cartridge usually fixes the problem.

Hi, SC 541 is a fixing unit error, clean the thermistor and then reset the code by pressing clear(yellow) then 107 and hold stop(red) key for 5 to 10 seconds then the display change. now turn off the machine from main switch, wait for five second and then turn on the machine. this will reset the SC541. in case if the problem exist change your thermistor and check the thermostat.

must be a sensor that tells it is empty. I look at manual said to remove and reinstall. so look and see it you can fine sensor then will tell were to clean on waste container

1. Chk media type & quality 2. Chk with another cartridge 3. The Fuser temperature might be too low, select proper media type,raise temperature in Fuser mode.. 4. Replace Fuser assembly.

can you print the configuration page does it show up on paper. Could be dev unit or drum unit or a clutch that turns them

Replace the Black ink cartridge wth an original type.It's empty.

yes... use an alcohol pad and it is difficult but make sure you have zero streaks on it. When these are originally placed it is in a dust free controlled clean room.
