Reset it using tech mode. Observe 1-106 temp settings while machine is warming up. Could need a heat lamp, thermistor or thermal fuse.
Ive had this problem in the past, changed thermistor and the lamp, it re-curred after speaking to Ricoh a fuser replacement is recommended.

if it was working before and it suddenly stopped working then more than likely your dns settings have been changed... here is my trick... go into dhcp for the copier and turn dhcp on.... make sure you recored your ip, subnet and gateway before hand.... ok... now that dhcp is on... lets make use of it... turn your copier off and then turn it on... your dhcp should pull all your settings for dns, wins and otherwise... if it did then your next step is to return the dhcp to off and then change your ip, subnet and gateway back to their old values... now if this did not work you still have to return everything to their old values but you now need to go into your pc and goto start... type run... type cmd ipconfig /all then hit enter or goto the accessories and get command prompt and just type ipconfig... /all then hit enter... write down dns, and wins settings and anything else that has an ip address... you are going to goto your copier and input that info...
if this still does not do it but you have an IT guy... he will understand whats going on and take care of it...
