I was having the same problem with my unit, I removed the back cover in the freezer that covers the coils to find the drain clogged where the water is supposed to drip into.

Freezer has a drain in the back under the cooling coil. Melt Ice from drain area with a hair dryer, check drain and clear, under bottom in back behind a removable panel you will find the drain exit from the freezer going into the drain pan. This drain line has a loop for air seal, make sure it is cleared.

if it grinds the ice when set on cubes ice output,remove the ice holder from the freezer and check for a chunk of melted ice blocking the hole to let cubed ice come past the chopper blades,run hot water thru this container till all blockage is melted then dry it out throughly put it in freezer and let it get freezing cold before letting new ice fall into it so you dont have a repeat of the same problem

If this is just the water dispenser it sound like the door switch or dispenser switch has failed. Remove and test for proper function, if this is okay then move to the control valve there is usually one for the water and one for the ice although they may be packaged together in a single unit. Unscrew each line and see if water it constantly being sent to the door and icemaker... it should only do that when the switch is activated.

This sounds like an alignment problem. Loosen the hinges slightly and place the door in the closed position and duck tape it in place. Tighten the hinges and check it for seal. Door is heavy by itself so empty it first and work with some help.

This sounds like the cams that control the close location are out of alignment. Loosen up the hinges, align door and duct tape it in place. Tighten hinges, remove tape and you should be good to go. Door is heavy so unload first and have an extra set of hands.

I'm not really sure of this one but here's a couple ideas. If the refrigerator ice and water dispenser is not working the dispenser control board might be defective. The control board governs most of the functions of the dispenser system. If only one item of the dispenser system is not working, troubleshoot further to see if the problem is with one of the components in the system. The board is more likely to be the cause of the problem when the entire dispensing system fails. It may also be the door switch If the refrigerator ice and water dispenser is not working. When the freezer door is opened the freezer door switch does two things, it turns on the light in the freezer and turns off the ice maker dispenser. If the door switch fails the dispenser will not turn on. The switch can be checked for continuity with an Ohm meter. If it doesn't have continuity it should be replaced.Before either of these try shutting it off (or place it in demo mode) and return is to active state.It may just need a reset

Hold the lock and light buttons in together for 3 secs. or so and the light will go out! You don't even need to change the filter to do this.

OK, You need to unplug for a hour or so. Remove the rear panel in back of freezer to expose the evaporator coils. At the bottom of the evaporator there is a tray that catches the defrost water to take it through the back and down to the condensate tray located near compressor and condenser fan. Most likely you have ice or something trapped in that drain beginning in the freezer. I have heard some people turn the freezer temperatures so cold ice will form before the water can drain.
