How do i fix my tablet's screen and power button?
You can likely free the power button by getting in the crevices (long nails work great) and pulling the power button out, or clearing contaminants. Additionally, you might have to access your hard drive through a computer and delete some app data or pictures to free memory and solve the freezing problem.
USB keyboard not working
The biggest problem with tablets and phones is the micro USB socket. They are easy to break if you put them in the wrong way round and it is not always easy to see if they are connected correctly.
Check the USB plug and the the tablets socket are not damaged.
Check that USB keyboard works in another device and that another USB input device works in the tablets USB socket.
I am suprised it works at all. You state you are using Android 2.2 yet USB hostmode was only introduced with Android 3.1
There are some apps in the play store like USB device info which may help. For proper debugging you need an APK which is not for the average user.

We got a RULU in 12/2013. It worked for 3 months and now can not charge i
Some tablet brands will not recognize certain charger brands or connections.
First, try all available connections-USB-wall inverter, and direct computer connection (making sure the computer is awake and logged in). Second, try restarting your tablet. Third, try gently wiggling the connections on both ends, to see if it recognizes a charge. Finally, leave it plugged in for a few hours, even if it says it isn't charging. You may have a trickle charge-to put it simply, the cord is not giving the device enough power to qualify as a charge, but there is power traveling through the cord. If the charge level goes up a little over that time span, you have a trickle.
If these don't work, just purchase a new charger. They're sold everywhere-Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, 7-Eleven, name a store and they probably sell USB charger cords.
I hope I helped.

Yes. But, if you do NOT have any problems, you can use it.
That is the difference between "support" (they will help if you have a problem) and "unsupported" (they will not help if you call them to report a problem).
