Hi Joe: Here are some ideas. 1) Try plugging in a different tool to see if it works. It may not be the plug that is the problem. 2) Check the electrical panel to make sure that the breaker has not tripped. 3) Check to see if it is a GFCI circuit that may be tripped at another location 4) Check other plugs on the same circuit to see if they are working. If they are, the problem will be with the plug (duplex receptacle) and it will need to be removed, checked, and probably replaced.
