My be ink cartridges has not refilled in proper way.Are you sure your cartridge are compatible with printer?You can follow the given steps..

1. Remove the indicated print cartridge.
2. Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
3. Reconnect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
4. If the power button button is not lit, press power button.
5. Reinsert the print cartridge.

If the error:

• Does not reappear, the problem has been corrected.

• Reappears, replace the print cartridge with a new one.
