Chances are your using realtek IC, check on *********** board for a computer chip that has a crab like logo on it, if you find one go to www.realtek.com and download everything that's there you should find a driver if that's the case. Now, I say download everything because there are both device drivers and audio codecs for the devices. If you do not have a realtek device you can try and look over your motherboard and identify what audio IC is on your motherboard and download the drivers for that model IC

Your backup battery is to weak to save the cmos data. Open your computer case and look for a round silver battery that looks like a quarter. Remove it and go to Radio Shack or a drug store battery section and get a replacement. The battery number is probably CR2032 but may be CR2025 or CR2016. insert the new battery and power up your computer, this time when you set the time and date the settings will stay when you turn it off.

Run a good virus or malware checker on your complete system as this is not a normal operation.

Did you check that the mobo was Win 7 compatible. There is a compatibility checker available on the Microsoft website. Windows 7 requires "Signed Drivers" for devices. From what I can gather on the driver download site the mobo is not really ready for Windows 7. Try a seperate sound card if you don't want to change boards. But check for Win 7 compatibility first.

Clean the fans. when a fan is rotating it impacts on dust particles at high speed this causes build up and an imballance which causes airflow disruption (noise). As long as you can get sound out of it I don't see the problem, Most stand alone cards give a better sound quality than inbuilt audio chips anyway. Also, they give more control over the sound output.

You need a PCI-E graphics card there are a huge variety available pick the one you can afford.
