Hi...
This is Nishit Jadawala from Ahmedabad, India.
I am also having the same problem with my Sony Vaio VGN-CS21GN Laptop. WiFi was working perfectly in Vista but when I downgraded it to Windows-XP it started giving me errors that "Driver Not Found for the Device" I have downloaded all the drivers available on internet but nothing worked.
Finally after 8 months of research on this problem, I came to know that there is a bug in the supplied Windows XP-SP3 Operating System. There is a file in Service Pack 3 that doesn't allow drivers to access the hardware of WiFi.
The Solution is you will have to forget the bundled windows XP and upgrade your operating System. Right now better option is to go for windows 7. It dint even asked for any kind of drivers to load. WiFi is also working perfectly on it. The laptop has become more faster & smoother than in windows XP.
