Hello,

While i understand that you cleaned the lint build up from the dryer,the problem your experiencing sounds like a airflow issue that is causing the flame to starve for air and the flame is blowing out. In addation to possible lint build up the things that will cause poor airflow are;

The blower wheel being bad...do you fell any air flowing out the back of the dryer?

A blocked/crushed vent..if air flow from back of dryer is their airflow close to equal volume of air flow where the vent goes outdoors?

You can disconnect the vent from the rear of the dryer temporarly and see if it works better with the vent off to check it

Hi,
This model does not have a timer, so what model do you have? This is a electronic panel with push buttons. Is the unit still heating when this happens, or is it just running like anti-winkle (air fluff) setting?

The dryer will not start with a broken door switch. Replace the door switch if found defective.

Most dryers have a door switch actuator lever - when you close a dryer door, it presses against the lever, which actuates the door switch. If the lever is broken, the switch will not activate and the dryer will not start. Replace the lever, if broken.

Most dryers have a thermal fuse, which burns out when the dryer overheats, in which case the dryer will either not run at all, or stop heating. The fuse is usually located on the vent duct, inside the dryer. A blown fuse will show no continuity when measured with a meter. Before replacing the fuse, make sure the blower wheel is not broken or clogged, and there is nothing blocking the venting.

It is recommended by most dryer manufacturers to replace a hi-limit thermostat when replacing a thermal fuse.

unplug it,open the door,remove the four phillips screws,two in the door hinges and two on the opposite side,now grab the front panel on the top sides and pull forwards and the front panel will come off.on the right hand side on the bottom you should be able to look in to find the screws,if you find them you can rotate the drum so it's also lined up down in the right hand side corner and you can put the screws in there,i do this so i don't have to take any more parts off of the dryer,if you can't find the screws take one out of one of the other baffles or rib and go to the hardware store and just buy a few new ones and some washers if the holes got damaged too where the screws go through so you don't have to pull the rest of the machine apart,the screws won't bother anything,also while you're in there vac out all the lint with a shop vac and most likely you'll vac up the crews too,then put it on blow and blow all the lint off of the motor and you can blow the lint from the back forwards and then vac it up as it comes forwards,it's alot eisier than pulling the bulkhead off and the drum.hope this helps.
