Hello NFDOS. I can make no promises other than I genuinely want to help you, as I would like help when I am need .This forum "FIXYA" says they might give me some money one day if I am able to help "x"number of people in "x" number of days. I dont set up at night helping people, anticipating a handout from them, I just like helping folks ,so lets give this a spin. i went to the Canon support website. The fact that you have done some serious troubleshooting on your own (as u descibed and I duly noted) helps alot. This answer I will offer to your problem is not bulletproof but when I went to the Canon website and weighed your situation and their commentary I believe its worth a shot. I had to read between the lines but from what I gathered the front door switch on this machine can be right on the edge of being ........(choose your term) totally,positively,solidly engaged so that the operation of the copier as it is rockin and rollin may cause the front door switch to momentarily "bounce". I have not had the opportunity to look at the ac and dc aspects of this switch and how vulnerable it is the normal agitation of this fairly hefty machine as it operates. The Canon bulletin/ newsletter indicated that the front door interlock could be unstable. We both know that it could be the magnetic latch(their fix) or the adjustment of the ac and or dc component of the front door switch.I have not dwelled on the front door switch and to what degree a "copier slayer" such as us might make a few adjustments to make sure that when the front door is closed properly that there is indeed a degree of overtravel when the door is shut to make sure that normal copier operation wont cause the front door switch to bounce. I am at home right now but if I had a 5570 in front of me I would be inclined to "reform" any and all actuators in the front door assy so that the front door switch would be satisfied (Oversatisfied) when I closed the front door to a 95% closed setting. Then I would know that when the door actually latched, no amount of normal copier operation, regarless of mechanical vibration or component lunge(stapler) could cause the front door switch to bounce.The Canon bulletin indicated that a momentary loss of 24 vdc to motor M3 would cause your prob. Code E821-0001 Description There is a cleaner clogging error. Clogging of toner inside the cleaner has been detected with reference to an abnormal rise in the cleaner thermistor. Remedy ------------- - Remove the collecting toner from inside the cleaner. - Replace the air filter of the heat discharge fan.

Code E061-0002 Description There is a potential control error/there is an APC error. The primary charging output used at time of printer output and the drum surface potential after laser output is identified as being 200 V or more (i.e., causing a solid black image). Remedy - Replace the potential sensor unit. - Replace the laser scanner unit. - Replace the DC controller PCB.

Unfortunately, this is a hardware error resulting from one of two things: 1. Connections to the shutter motor have broken or come loose, or 2. The shutter motor itself is bad. Unless you're capable of taking the unit apart and checking cables or replacing parts, you're, unfortunately, going to have to have the unit professionally serviced. You could either contact Canon tech support for authorized repair centers near you, or googling copy repair centers or technicians near you and calling them individually. They don't have to be Canon authorized or certified if the unit is out of warranty. If it is in warranty, contact Canon. I've had mixed results with their support depending upon the product I'm calling about. Unfortunately, their service manuals have a cost, but if you're electronically savvy you can google Cannon Imagerunner 6255, 6265, or 6275. The only differences between these models are optional features, but they're all based off the 6255.

There is no way to reset that error. There is a problem with the fixing motor rotation . Check the fixing unit for possible obstruction or motor damaged

E000100-0001 is a secondary code to the initial problem. It means verbatum " The power has been turned off and back on again without resetting the error ". So, there was a previous error code that instructed the customer to turn off the main power and turn it back on in an effort to reset the code. Unfortunately this must have been an error code regarding the fusing system. Canon designed the copier to prompt the customer to power the copier off and back on for all error codes, and more often than not the copier can recover to some degree or another. Fuser codes on the other hand WILL NOT reset even though the display says to power off/on . You will need to go into service mode to reset the error. Press "additional functions"......then the numbers 2 and 8 at the same time and then additional functions again. If you have followed these steps properly you will now be in service mode and a different screen. Just follow these instructions. Press copier. Press functions.Press clear.Press err.Press ok. Power off and on . This WILL clear the code. However, if the problem still exists the code will return of course. THAT code is the one we need to troubleshoot! :-)

A E000602-0413 code means that the hard drive has crashed or it is failing. You will need to have the hard drive replaced or have it reflashed, but the flashing will only be a band aid. Good Luck

The error code is for the fixing assy not getting to the correct temperature in a specified time. The 0010 part of the code is indicating the copier was turned off and back on without resetting the error. To reset the code, Press the additional function button, then the numbers 2 and 8 at the same time and then the additional function key again. The display will now be indicating the service options available. Touch COPIER, then FUNCTION at the top of the display, the CLEAR in the middle, then ERR, then OK. Power down copier at the right side rear, then turn back on. If the error comes back then you will have to check the fuser assy to see if the front drive gear has failed or one of the thermistors has gone bad. Good luck

0001 The primary charging cooling fan stop signal has
been detected for 5 sec or more even when the
primary charging cooling fan is on.
Service manual says:
- Check the connection of the connector.
- Replace the fan.


Why did you changed power supply? Did you try with new dc controller?
