There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too. This is probably due to excess detergent blocking the feed into the machine, try removing the tray and washing it in the sink. If this works I would rinse it out every month or so, this could be done in the machine by not putting detergent in the dispenser and putting the machine on a short wash cycle. Hope this helps.

Hello. I need the model number AND the serial number to help you accurately. If this is the front loading Neptune, be aware--there are MANY service bulletins associated with it. Depending on the model/serial number, somewhere around 19 to 25 service bulletins exist. When there is a leak in the boot(also called a bellow, the rubber part that seals against the door glass), it must be replaced. Due to vibration/movement/water during agitate and spin, almost no type of adhesive will hold securely. People have tried to patch these parts but it always ends up leaking again after awhile. NOTE: Make sure the door glass is CLEAN at the rear(the area closest to the door itself where the seal is made with the bellow). If pet hair, hardened soap residue, almost any debris gets in-between the rubber seal area and the glass, water will weep through and drizzle down the front of the washer. Pet hair and almost any fibrous material will cause a wicking action that will cause leakage. I hope I helped you!

Could be the bearings or the "spider", the mechanism that holds the drum and is attached to the bearings at the back of the drum. If one of the arms snaps or the bearings go then it sounds really noisy. These are replaceable, but can be expensive and difficult to replace. It may be worth weighing up the repair cost with possibly only a 3 month warranty on the work versus a replacement machine and its' warranty.
