There is a right lid lock and a left lid lock which did you change? The left lid lock is a lock and the reed switch which tells the machine control the lid is closed and can start the cycle.

Could be using too much soap, soap that's too old will clump and not dissolve completely. If your soap is clumpy and very dry, dissolve it completely with boiling water in a pan, then put it in the unit.

is this a dishwasher or colths washer?

is the drain pump ok .ie if the water does not get out in the proper time the mach will think it is still full and will not speed up

I replaced the entire machine

for a start you should check if the rubber of the spinner is still ok. you will probable have to replace that rubber

Each of the legs supporting the washer need to be adjusted and the washer leveled. You will need a Level with bubble indicators to see the exact position of the liquid within & it is in the center of the glass container. Level front to back and side to side. When done the washer should be level at all 4 sides and it will not move around and cause the level indicators to trip any switches.

The drain pump can be accessed by removing the rear panel and following the hose down

Possibly belt slipped or a water level too low or machine isnt sitting level

my he maytag makes a squeaking noise and it wont fill up. could there be a sock stuck in there or something. and the lock wont lock.

Putting the jeans individually inside each mesh bags may help. Also mix with other smaller non-light colored items would be better during washing.

If the washers is not spinning fast enough, usually it is the adjustment or wear on the gearbox pulley. If this is not the case the locking clutch is insde the gearbox & gearbox will require replacement.

Could be a stuck timer.
