Maytog top load
Fabric softener is mostly a liquid wax. It is common for dispensers to have problems if the you use liquid fabric softener a lot. The softener becomes a sticky solid and can gunk up everything over time. I believe the type of dispenser on your washer simply flushes water into the reservoir at a prescribed time and then dispenses into the wash tub. If this reservoir becomes clogged somewhere it may actually be filling up and overflowing into another reservoir in the dispenser and getting dispensed that way. I would try cleaning the dispenser thoroughly, first. Since it IS dispensing (but at the wring time) I don't think you have a control problem. Try cleaning and let me know if this helps.
PS Sorry to ignore your request for online assistance. I was already in the middle of typing a solution for you. I hope this was the help you needed.
Washing machine won't drain - is it me?
I had a similar problem but with a Maytag. Sometimes the end of the drain hose needs to be moved up or down to create the right amount of siphon to remove all the water. We had 2 repairmen out to look at it - one replaced the timer and one replaced the drive train, to no avail. I got on the Internet and found this simple solution.
Stop lug

How do I check washer specs?
They made this model apparently between 2002 to 2004, it is specified as 10kg capacity.
If you end up getting it then here are some parts diagrams for the model that may come in handy;

I'm afraid i have had no luck with a manual, but this link shows an auction of one near you from a couple of weeks ago - you may get an idea of what people think and what it's worth

Maytag appliances are normally above average in quality, found nothing specific about particular faults with the model which probably means it is pretty reliable.
You could also ask maytag - they may be helpful - please let us know the results if you try them;

Hope this helps :)
Washing machine
If your drain hose is laying flat on the floor it needs to be lifted higher than the top of your machine to allow the water to remain in the tub. If it is lifted then check the drain standpipe where the drain hose attaches to the plumbing and verify that it does not have an air tight seal if it does then make sure that there is a place for air to enter the drain right where the drain hose attaches to your house plumbing.
Washer just fills up and that is it
Sounds like a winding on the motor is burned out or the timer is defective. The motor uses a low power circuit during the delicate cycle both during wash and spin. The timer selects which winding is energized (fast or slow).
MAYTAG LAT9235AAE TOP LOAD WASHER WILL NOT WORK
Pt, Should be a yellow wire from the water level switch according to the diagram I have. See if it has 120V to motor when full. Just take it to ground. Same with the lid switch in closed position, it shows here as yellow, but could be grey, these diagrams are not always accurate. I think you have a level switch or lid switch problem. Check for voltage to the motor when it should be agitating. Catriver..post back.
Cold water continues to run during entire wash cycle
Adrea, sounds like you need a new valve. When it's doing this leaking, unplug the washer. If it's still leaking you know for sure it's the valve. Part number for the model posted is 22002360. Catriver..post back.
Filling noise
Jack, I was on a service call the other day with the same complaint. I have a pressure gauge rigged up to test the water pressure at homes. I removed the washer hose at the shut off valve and put the gauge on. Ideally the pressure should be at around 55psi, 75 max. In this case it was about 100psi. The hammering started with the gauge still attached, no lines to the washer. The customers regulator was bad. Im not saying this is your case, but it's possible. Catriver...post back.
Maytag MVW7232HW0 top load, error codes and condensation on control panel when using hot watet
1. ERROR CODES: CHECK THE USER MANUAL FOR THE WASHER TO IDENTIFY THE SPECIFIC ERROR CODES BEING DISPLAYED. THIS WILL HELP YOU PINPOINT THE ISSUE AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION, SUCH AS RESETING THE WASHER OR CONTACTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
2. CONDENSATION ON CONTROL PANEL: IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCING CONDENSATION ON THE CONTROL PANEL, IT COULD BE DUE TO THE HOT WATER TEMPERATURE OR THE HUMIDITY LEVEL IN THE ROOM. TRY USING WARM WATER INSTEAD OF HOT WATER TO SEE IF THAT REDUCES THE CONDENSATION. YOU CAN ALSO TRY INCREASING VENTILATION IN THE ROOM TO HELP DISPERSE THE MOISTURE.
Fix for error code E02F06 on Maytag mhw7000xw front load washer
I found this reference on the web ... from a repair technician on a Maytag Maxima>>>
So I'm really sorry to bring you this bad news, but let me explain your error codes. F06 E02 is a communication error between your MCU (motor control unit) and your CCU (central control unit). You'll want to remove the top panel, the control panel, and then the front panel of the washer and make sure the wire connections to the motor control unit below the tub are all secure. If everything checks good, you'd need to have the MCU replaced.
From a different reference on a similar Maytag MHW6000XW2 ... also indicating communication issue
Usually ... hidden somewhere on the inside of the washer you will find the service technician paperwork which has all sorts of additional detail.

Maytag top loading washer with UL code
Leveling: Ensure the washer is properly leveled. An unbalanced load can trigger the UL (unbalanced load) code. Use a level to check if the machine is sitting evenly on the floor.
Load Distribution: Make sure the clothes are evenly distributed in the drum. An imbalanced load can cause the UL code to appear.
Calibration: Some models have a calibration mode that can be accessed through the control panel. Running a calibration cycle might help the washer to detect load balance more accurately.
Electronics: There could be an issue with the control board or wiring harness. Inspect these components for any visible damage or loose connections.
Professional Service: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it may be time to consult with a professional appliance repair technician who can diagnose and fix the problem more accurately. They may have specialized tools and knowledge to pinpoint the exact cause of the UL code.
Where is the counterweight in my Maytag washer model MVWC565FW2
If yours is a top loader it will mounted near the drum inside the machine. It will be a shaped block of concrete curved to sit close the actual drum. The most like places will be at the front, nearest you when your putting clothes in it, at about 3/4 of the way off the floor. It could also be in a similar place at the back of the machine.
Maytag LSE1000 Got the top off the machine but can't move top off because of all the attached wires. Is the only way to remove wires?
es, in order to remove the top of a Maytag LSE1000 washing machine, you'll need to first disconnect any attached wires. This is because the wires are connecting important components like the control panel and the sensors to the rest of the machine.
Here are the steps you can follow to safely disconnect the wires:
- Unplug the washing machine: Before you begin, make sure to unplug the machine from the power source to prevent any electrical shock.
- Locate the wires: Look for the wires that are connecting the top of the machine to the rest of the machine. They should be near the back of the machine where the top and bottom halves of the machine meet.
- Label the wires: Label the wires so you know which wire goes where when you're ready to put the machine back together. You can use masking tape and a marker to label each wire.
- Disconnect the wires: Gently pull the wires from their connectors, making sure to keep them separated so they don't get tangled. Be careful not to pull too hard, as this could damage the wires or the connectors.
- Repeat the process for all the wires: Repeat the process for each wire until they're all disconnected.
Once you've disconnected all the wires, you should be able to remove the top of the machine. Make sure to keep the wires organized and in a safe place while you're working on the machine. When you're ready to reassemble the machine, simply reconnect the wires in the reverse order you disconnected them.
