Cannot pull plug from machine
plug is either stuck or factory glitch. Returned mine to store and sales guy pulled a new one from the shelf. After pulling the cord on the new
unit it came out. They say its a 23 inch cord. Try pulling harder. If that doesn't work it may be factory glitch. return to store and make sure a
sales person pulls the cord out for you.
Drips after brewing from where coffee comes out
I have this model as well with no problem, but it replaced a proctor silex (i believe...) that did have this problem. there were replacement seals supplied with the Proctor Silex, but not with the Cuisinart. A quick look at the Cuisinart website turned up no part readily for sale. I would call the company to see if they can supply one
Coffee drips how do you clean reserve
Fill the pot with viniger at least up to half, Pour it in the researve tank end let it go though as if your makeing coffee with it, Do that 2 times, Then after it is finish doing the secound pot,leave it in for 30 minutes. Dump it out, Then do the same (Again) But use (water) to do it with, Once the .2 pot of water have gone though it ,then it is ready to use again, this should claen it up for you.

Try this and let me know if it works - plug the coffeemaker in, turn the function knob to BREW, and then press all 3 buttons in the center of the coffeemaker (the 1-4 button, et, etc) and hold them for a few seconds. Let me know if the clock display comes back on.
