Verify if the shipping bolts were removed. The machine will be shaking and moving if they weren't. In the back of the machine there should 4 big bolts attached with nuts.

i am having the exact same problem with this model as well just happened 4 days ago.

this is a washer so does not have drum rollers. clips to release front panel are at top of panel 2-3 inches in from both sides and need to be pushed in

r u on lp gas or nat gas if u r lp gas u need to convert the burner from nat gas to lp gas u need to call your gas co. to do the convertion

you may havce a piece of clothing stuck between the outer and inner tub

Did it fill to the correct water level? Check the lid switch for continuity. Here is the lid switch to order in case you find it bad.

Remove the 2 screws on the front panel and remove the panel. Run a cycle and look for the leak. Post back your findings.

Slide the unit out from the wall and open the small access panel on the back, bottom left side. 98% of the noise problems from this model is do to the bad design on the drain pump which has since been redesigned and will need to be replaced. Here is the new pump.This washer pump has been redesigned by the manufacture. The mounting plate is no longer required. It now mounts directly to the base of the washer.

Try to unplug the unit for a half hour then plug it back in and let me know what happens.

can you hear the motor at all? probably broke the belt. Not to difficult to replace belt. Posibility drum is off center.
