This could be due to a lot of things. One is the work that you did could have loosened the hoses in the machine. In order to see what the issue is, you need to drain it all the way with a wet vacuum cleaner and lay it down. Then you can see all the hoses and pump etc.

How to change the water inlet valve?

Disconnect the electicity. Shutoff your water shutoff valves. Disconnect the two hoses leading to the valve noting which hose is hot and which is cold. Unscrew the access plate. Unscrew the screw holding the valve in place. Lift it slightly so you can push it out. Make note of the electric connections to the two solenoids. Disconnect them. Disconnect the hose ring with hose ring pliers if you are lucky enough to have them or use pliers and good luck. It your push it down below the hose it is easier to get the hose off. Wiggle the hose carefully so you don't break it. I found it useful to put the valve back in the resting place of the metal frame to be able to get a better grasp on it. Take the new part and instead of reinstalling the hose with the old hose ring get an automotive hose ring that you can screw on with a socket wrench. Reconnect all the electric connections. Put the valve back in the metal frame and screw it in and the metal plate. Reconnect the hoses securely and slowly turn the water back on making sure it doesn't leak. Plug back in and you should be in business.

My washtub makes a lot of noise in the spin cycle

there are shocks inside the machine that damper the vibration, one or more has failed, they can be replaced if you are a good do it your self er, if u have to pay to fix it replace not worth the cost of repair. the repair requires taking off all the panels to access the inside. and check cost of dampers and compare to cost versus replacement

My washer started to overflow with water no matter

Hiya,
as with any repair the obvious answer would be to get a qualified enginer to do it for you as there experiance is second to none in most cases & simply locating the sensor could be a job in itself however if you are keen to try & are sure this is your problem i would surgest ordering the part 1st by doing this once you receive it you will have a clear idea of what you are looking for inside the machine helping you locate it faster.. & if you find you can not replace it yourself at least if you do end up calling out an enginer you wont have to wait an extra week or 2 whilst they order the part for you!!

Always remember safty 1st switch off all power to the apliance & remove the plug from the socket before opening it to investigate.

Hope this helps

Drum seems out of balance does not allow water to

Hi, you will have to open machine, and check spring, maybe one of your spring are broken, or strain, first lift top, and remove sides of machine, put hands on tub and rock complete assemble back until tub centers, if tub is tilted left, spring on opposite side, is loose or broken, if broken, replace, but most time they slip out, this is cause, if machine are overloaded, or not level properly, when washers are not properly leveled, when they reach spin cycle, they could go outside and come back in, just making a point, check you machine level before you start. good luck.

Washer stopped during wash cycle, burning smell

http://www.appliancepartspros.com/Appliance-Parts/Dryer-Parts/index.aspx Take a look at what a new motor costs for your machine and go from there. Is may not be a motor is could be a belt or a bearing. I rebiult a washer for less then 50 dollars that one did not need a motor just bearings and a belt. I would take the washer apart so you can get an idea of what went wrong and then look at parts to repair it and decide what to do good luck

First check the screens inside the hoses to make sure they are not clogged. Next trouble could be the inlet valve where the hoses connect then the lid switch. Hope that helps.

In the spin cycle water leaks onto the floor,

If the hoses at the back are not leaking, you need to check the drain hose lines, aksi check that the machine is not dripping from the inlet valve hose, or because of a leak from the door gasket.

No water to machine

Start checking the water supply connected to the machine, if water is regularly coming to the machine, the problem is either a faulty inlet valve, a defective membrane water level switch, or a faulty timer control (the first two are more likely).

Call a local technician and have the appliance fixed.

You find replacement parts and diagrams here.
