Replace a toner with new one and before that you have clean all DP unit. If the toner is good then you have clean laser unit .

You either got a bad toner (the chip on it is telling it is bad). Open the front cover and replace it with the new toner then close the front cover. Make sure new toner is shaking well. more explanation open the link.....
