Verify printer functionalityTo verify printer functionality, use the following steps:

1. Turn off the printer and then unplug the Parallel, Serial, or Network data cable from the back of the printer. This will ensure that the information is not being received from the computer or network.
2. Turn on the printer and verify that the word Ready appears on the printer display.
3. Print a self-test on the printer by performing the following steps:
   1. Go to the on the printer.
   2. Press the MENU key until INFORMATION MENU appears on the printer display.

The scan unit needs cleaning.

Probably a DC Controller problem.Have a tech check it out.

Take the fuser out of the printer after it has cooled.Turn the gears on the left side of the fuser, this will cause the rollers to turn and you should be able to roll the paper out.I never rebuilt fusers, so I can't give you info on taking it apart.

Might be the paper wrapped to teflon sleeve in fuser assm,remove fuser assm then check, if you are able to remove remove gently, other wise teflon got damaged..

Check above snapshots, the arrow mark showing the check points,find out which is faulty..is switch faulty replace it if notch is loose fix with glue.

Over temperature error.Reseat the fuser. Do this with power off.If error persists, problem could be bad fuser or bad DC Controller.
