its 50% broken and 50% not broken.take it to best buy or any place that has tvs and all kinds of i phones or ipods dont take it to a pawn shop they will not fix .if you sell it to a pawn shop 50% they will give you noting back and 50% the will give you moeny.try what i say!!your friend karla delara

My blue tooth is asking e to enter 0000 so where do i enter the 0000 on my phone are what

it's so easy i didn't use Motorola before but you can make it throw the Bluetooth menu while you are pairing the devices the mobile phone will ask about password or security code so you enter the 0000 and enjoy >>>

Motorolla h500 no steady blue light

Starting with your headset turned off, press and hold the call button for some 6 to 10 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit (it will flash some times as if it was being turned on, but don't release the button at that phase). With the light steadily lit It is in pairing mode. Now make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the H500 should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, the indicator light will flash rapidly, and then, it will enter the stand-by mode. Otherwise, turn your headset off, and go through the whole process again. By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.Hope you are able to sort your problems out. Regards, Carlos
