try typing 0000 for the pass code

the code is 0000

if that fails try 1234

all blue tooth devices are the same.

if that code fails then there is a problem with the device. Normally these arent repaired its replaced. Warranty will cover a replacement.

try pass key 0000 i bought mine used had same problem pairing with my blackberry 7100i, the help web site gave me this default pass key and it works. but i have NO manual, so all i know how to do is answer and hang up.

turn bluetooth on your phone on. then on your bluetooth headset hold the power button for about 10 seconds or until you see the bluelight on steady. next on your phone in the bluetooth section klick ok on the search for device option, when you found the bluetooth with your phone it will ask if you want to use that device, klick yes, and it might ask you for a code, enter four zeros "0000" and that should connect automatic.

the button might be sticking from use, with a small flathead screw driver carefully pry off the silver part above the button area close to the charging port, you will see 2 tiny screws, next carefully with a tiny flat head screw driver, remove the cap over the bluelight area (the one with the symbol "M") and there is another tiny screw there. open it carefully and once open inspect closely the area that holds the button assembly and see if the contact point is either ripped or dirty or if the rubber is just not flexing anymore....

TURN THE POWER OF ON THE BLUETOOTH FIRST...THEN WHEN POWERING BACK ON, HOLD IT FOR APPROX 10 SECONDS AND THEN YOU WILL SEE THE STEADY ON LIGHT....from-KERFEW+LOS ANGELES

go to were you find the name of the headset in your phone and click options, is there a connect option? if so you must click ok on it and this will connect......... from-KERFEW-LOS ANGELES

you hold down the button untl the blue light stays on steady and then make your phone search for available bluetooths in range, and then when it asks for a code enter four zeros "0000"

the code is whatever you want it to be. the easiest and most common is four zeros "0000" . and you will be connected with your bluetooth. --- from KERFEW=LOS ANGELES

ACTIVATING THE BLUETOOTH
You must activate the Bluetooth feature of your phone to be able to establish a Bluetooth connection
between your phone and your SuperTooth kit as well as with other Bluetooth devices.
1.
Press Menu > Settings > Bluetooth > Activation > On.

Press Back as many times as needed to return to standby mode.
PAIRING TO THE CELLULAR PHONE (Not possible while charging the SuperTooth)
Pairing will create a link or connection between the two Bluetooth devices - the SuperTooth kit and your phone.
1. Bring the cellular phone at about 20 cm from the SuperTooth.
2. Turn off the SuperTooth and wait for about 4 seconds.
3. While pressing the Answer Button, turn ON the SuperTooth by sliding the Power Switch to the right. Keep the Answer Button pressed for approximately 10 seconds until you hear a distinctive tone and the Bluetooth indicator LED changes from blinking blue to alternately blinking of red and blue. The SuperTooth is now in pairing mode.
4. While the SuperTooth is at pairing mode, access the Bluetooth menu of your phone. Press Menu > Settings > Bluetooth > My devices > Search new device. The phone will then search for pairable devices until it displays them in the list.
5. Highlight SuperTooth then press Select.
6. Enter PIN “0000” then press Ok. (Wait until “Paired with …“ and “Connected” will be shown briefly.)
7. Press Back as many times as needed to return to standby mode. Pairing is successful if the alternating red/blue lights of Bluetooth Indicator stops and then change to plain blinking blue. Normally, the phone would also show briefly on its display if it’s already paired and connected to SuperTooth or if pairing with it failed.
The SuperTooth kit is now ready to use.

did not need to unpair. Just needed to have phone search and use 0000 code.

Did you try pressing the two volume controls at the same time on each side? perhaps it's in mute mode.

try the code 0000 this should be its factory setting

what you need to do is press the main button down for three secs. (three times) this will troublshoot your headset
