How do i sync my
Hi, Motorola H700 Bluetooth headset is a basic Blutooth headset that can be synced, or paired, with any Bluetooth-capable cell phone. Something unique about this phone is its retractable microphone, otherwise known as the headset's "boom." You can send and receive phone calls hands-free and wirelessly with your contacts using your H700 headset, in one touch of a button.
instructions
Press and hold the "Call" button on the headset for four to five seconds until the LED light glows purple.
Flip open the headset "boom."
Set your phone into "discovery" or "pairing" mode. Open the Bluetooth settings or options on your phone and choose to add a new device.
Select the "H700" on the phone when it finishes searching for Bluetooth devices.
Enter the passkey for the headset, which is "0000," to finish syncing the headset with your phone.
And your done..
Hope it helped.

My phone is saying that
You could try the bluetooth generic passwords (0000 and 1234), these usually work with most devices.

My H700 mic does not
You need to get the two synced properly in order for it to work. This is what you do:
1. Make sure both are fully charged.
2. Place them side by side and press the Menu key. When you get the pop out then pick OPTIONS and click on the wrench icon.
3. Flip open the mouth piece on the headset and you should get a purple light telling you it is ready to sync/pair up. If you don't have the purple light shut it down and restart again.
4. Now look for the BLUETOOTH option on the blackberry menu. Search for devices. When it finds the H700 it may prompt for a passkey. Enter 0000.
5. Turn the H700 to STANDBY and flip the mouth piece shut.
It should now connect to the H700 every time, however leaving it on constantly will drain the phone battery faster so turn off the bluetooth on the phone when not using it.
These two devices have worked together but both must be fully charged up when setting them up so that they will sync properly. Also of course make sure the Mic isn't muted.
If you have done this already, or after doing it again now and it still doesn't work it may be that the mic in the headset itself has a problem...ie a bad wire. This seems to be a bit too common with the H700 unfortunately. In that case I'd return it for another set. The H700 does work well with the BB - when it's set up right and when there isn't a physical problem with the headset itself at manufacturing.

Do I have a mute button on the headset
If you press on both volume buttons at the same time it will mute the call. To return to the call unmuted do the same thing. It may take a little practice so I would try it before you actually use it.

Can't pair my h715 Bluetooth
Hi hyacinth29,
What is the PIN that you used in pairing? The pairing code should be "0000" (these are zeros). You may want to try pairing your bluetooth headset again to your iPhone 4G.
Hope it helps.

My bluetooth isnt synced to
I have the H715 but my iPhone only showed the H721 instead of the H715. I selected the H721, entered the passcode and connected. Called my home phone with the earpiece in and it works.
From user guide and other user comments...
Make sure the H7xx is fully charged up (not necessary but you'll probably begin to immediately use it and it would be bad to have it discon because the battery is dead). Turn off the H7xx (the ring around the talk button should not be flashing blue every few seconds), push the talk button, thats the oval button on the face of the headset, for about five seconds, until the ring around it displays a purple color. Immediately let go of the button and flip open the tiny microphone extension. Now it's in pairing mode and you can leave it while you fiddle with the iPhone.
From the iPhone main menu, select the "Settings" button, then in the Settings menu, select the "General" option.
Touch the "Bluetooth" menu item on the General menu. when the next screen appears, if your Bluetooth is already turned on it will start looking for (discovering) your H7xx. If Bluetooth is not turned on, slide the gray button so it displays "on" instead of "off". Your iPhone should now start discovering your H7xx. It should automatically find your H7xx, then display another screen that prompts you for a code. According to the manufacturer's guidelines, the H7xx requires you put in "0000" that is 4 (four) Zeros as the code.
If everything went well, the "Bluetooth" screen should be displayed again and the Motorola H7xx should show up under the word "Devices" showing that it is Paired.
Your H7xx should now also blink Blue around the talk button.
If things didn't go well. I suggest navigating back to the bluetooth menu. Turning bluetooth off on the iPhone. Flipping closed the microphone boom on the H7xx and starting over again. I had to do it twice because I fumble fingered the 4 zeros.
NOTE: it is not necessary to have the H7xx right on top of the iPhone, but I'd have it within an arms reach, just to be sure you get a good signal and you actually pair to your Bluetooth headset.
Once the iPhone has discovered the H7xx if it continues to state "Not Paired" simply tap the Motorola H7xx box and it will take you to the next screen. Enter "0000" as the security code. The iPhone should now successfully pair with the H7xx.

How do i connect my
To pair your Moto with your PS3, flip open the headset and hold the button down on the earpiece until it turns purple. Then have the PS3 scan for new devices. You'll be prompted to enter a password (which is either 0000 or 1234 by default). Once paired successfully, you should never have to pair it again if you don't use it with any other devices, such as your phone.
