Oil one is a little ball on the side of clippers push in with oil tip. Make sure your clippers are running for this. You also have to grease them once in awhile with clipper grease. You should have a front panel that has screws. open and grease put case back on. for cord you can try an oscar fix place or try and see if the company will replace if you have not had them long. hope this helps.

if your 76 clipper is a older model with a gray switch you install to black wire wrong. Now if this 76 is a newer model you have the tang position wrong. your best bet Contact [email protected] they can help you with step by step instruction.

Just a few drops of light oil directly on the blades themselves. This should make a world of difference. good luck 3 in 1 oil will work sewing machine oil or somthing similar. I have also used some fancy spray lubes in the past with good results.

When oiling clippers you want to have them running and tilted blade down toward the floor. You put about 3 small drops right on the running blades. Then wipe off excess oil with a towel. You dont want the oil running back into the motor of the clipper. You should oil them about every other use. Good Luck!
