The error code H4 is a fuser error code. The cause is one of the following fuser lamp, thermal fuse or the thermistor.

An H2 is an indicator that the temperature sensing device is reading open, preventing the machine to warm up. A H4 error code relates to the fusing unit not reaching the desired temperature within the time limit. This could be a heat lamp or thermistor failure. I recommend calling a local service engineer to take a look.
