Check the heater sensor an replace it

Paper tears due to the following;
a. Improper paper size on tray
b. Putting excess papers on tray
c. Dirty feed rollers
d. improper jam removal
Rectify the above.

when you open side door in the up you see a black unit check if sesor not broken. also open cassete and see inside no paper jam there

CH steady means cover is open. Close either front or right cover well.
CH blinking means developer unit or toner cartridge not installed. Remove and return well and firmly.

That is normall a defective developer unit chip, you may have to replace the chip on the developer unit or the developer unit itself.

H2 means the thermistor is open or defective.

Try to press the copy button when h2 appears you'll see the sub 00. You dont need to replace the whole fuser unit. Try first to cancel the trouble by entering the simulation.

Try to press the # - interrupt- C- interrupt (one after the other.) then enter 14 then copy button. If it doesnt work replace the thermistor.

The last part that you'll replace is the main board but that rare. Mostly the thermistor is defective when that trouble appears. Hope it could help you a lot.

I see you concern, I believe you will need to check your toner if it is placed properly inside the machine seems that it is not locked/latched in its place to be able to print properly reason why you get a blank paper and black dust when printing.

Remove the Toner and re insert it again making sure the toner is set properly inside and also make sure the correct toner cartridge is installed, an incorrect or incompatible toner can cause issue of not getting to print anything on the paper or possibly not fit inside the machine correctly.

That is a board communication error. Most of the time a simple restart of the machine will fix that. If it continues to come back it might be a hardware issue where some boards will need to be replaced, or sometimes fluctuating power can cause this error.
