C-interupt - O - interupt -14 - start

Low heater error, try # * C * on keyboard in rapid sequence to put copier in service mode, enter number 14 and hit print key all sharps are almost the same sometimes if you are low on toner the machine will run too long and do this but the problem, is in the fuser. 35 years Sharp experience,

Check fuser unit firrst

open front cover and close again.

Replace toner

'Service man:press # interupt and C interupt enter 24 and then 01 for drum and then 42 then 01 for developer.

What is the next after f2- or if f2-64 check development un or connect the connector chip.Replace development unit.

If it is on solid then you have a cover that is not closed try opening and closing all your covers. sometimes you need to use tape to hold them down if they wont stay closed on their own. If it is blinking then your developer unit is not communicating with the machine, this is the unit between the toner and the drum that is normally held in by one blue screw. pull it out and try using canned air to clean the electrical contacts on the back of it. When the toner supply not attached the properly than comes this problem. Better way you open the toner and check all toner supply gear ,if gear is jam than you should replace the toner.I think your toner chip version problem or destination problem.

You call Sharp Service. There is no way you could fix the problem even if you were told what the codes mean. You can find that out when the Technician calls to fix it and give you a either a "guesstimate" or a formal written quotation. Either way you will either have to pay a call-out fee, or if you transport it to them, an inspection and quote preparation fee. Nothing for nothing in this world......sorry ! Poppa
