if doing menu #9000*550 did not solve the problem for call service 3, it is better to call your panasonic service center.

the problem is in fuser unit. the thermistor maybe dirty or damage. careful to touch the fuser unit for it is really hot.

Call s3 means abnormal fuser unit. although you found jammed paper inside you have to replace fuser unit.try once to reset with the code. if unit seems became OK. if not 1.disconnect power.2.remove the bottom cover.3.dis conn.2 thick cable connectors(fuser lamp) and small white connector(thermistor)4.turn up right & remove 2 long screws 5.replace the new unit.6.press#9000*529 start.(new installation reset code) Remember these procedures must be done by a qualified technical person.(high voltage & extreme temperature area)

Generally if you wanted to send a fax to a facsimile which is connected to an extension.you must dial only the direct line number and ask operator to transfer this call to fax (wanted extension).After you heard the fax tone you can push start button. If the fax machine full-time connected to same extension & dedicated direct-line there only for faxing,we can program the pbx for automatically transfer the incoming fax or call to that extension.so outsider have to dial only direct fax number without ext no.
