Press and hold the stop button then press the desired button you want to program at the same time to enter programming mode then press stop to desired quantity
no. the amount of water to brew your coffee depends on the flowmeter. there is an orifice that regulates or measure the water flow. if you want to check this, you need to remove the output nut and clean this orifice and compare it to the other group. on the other hand, the one behind the group is just a provision for other things and not necessarily with any connection to the problem. if your group has scale build up. need to open it to remove and clean the scales.
Remove the portafilter, screw, screen and diffuser in group, and if the water is still not coming out then it is blocked at the metering jet above the grouphead, you will see a small U shaped hose connected to a square box there. Metering jet is on the top of box under the fitting. Unplug machine turn of water. You will need a 14mm open end wrench in memory serves me right, it might be 17mm. Carefully remove U tube both ends. Then check the small orifice in the middle it might be covered by a small screen, try not to damage screen unless you have a replacement. If that is clear, we will look at the black box connected to the side of the square. That is your solenoid valve it might be blocked. Using 14mm wrench remove dischage, then nut, slide off black box. Notice where the silver long part connects to the brass, there is a big nut. You will need a crescent or a 24mm open end wrench. Remove slowly there is a plunger in there it only fits one way. Check the 2 holes in the brass piece make sure the middle is clear or turn water valve on and make sure water flies out of there, be careful it might have alot or pressure if not blocked.
Probably is the group valve dripping, Remove the drip tray and look under the front cover. You will see a drip. If that's the case the valve needs to be replaced.
Easy job remove from motor. . 1st unplug machine, drain h2o unscrew band holding pump to motor. disconnect all h2o lines. remove pump. replace prime and reconnect all. or call double shot espresso [email protected]
Boiler is contaminated with milk, check the water from the tea valve, if it smells the same or has swimmers, boiler needs to be descaled, if no floaties then removes steam wand and soak in purocaff for a few hours, then clean. Always flush ssteam wand before and after every drink.
Pressure pump is not working or can not produce 9 bar pressure.
Or the coffee is less tha 7 gr.
Or the coffee is grinded too thick.
Please remebr to vote for this answer thanks
Chances are, your level probe (rhs of the boiler) is dirty/scaled.Then the probe is always earthed and does not allow water in as it thinks it's always full.
Take it out and clean with wire wool(obv with no pressure in the boiler). It should have a red wire attached to it.
When you refit it, make sure the part inside the boiler faces down.
Hello Philip
When you unscrew the burr bolts usually you do it to replace them. The lower burr holder plate must be stopped from spinning with 1 screwdriver put in the exit hole of the coffee and touching the burr holder flaps (usually they are 3 flaps). The screwdriver will block and you can freely work.
It sounds like the issue may be related to the water flow, as you mentioned that the machine is not filling with enough water. This could be caused by a malfunctioning water solenoid, pump, or manual water fill valve.
To troubleshoot the issue, you may want to try the following steps:
Check the water supply: Make sure that the water supply to the machine is turned on and that there are no kinks or blockages in the water line.
Check the water filter: Check the water filter to make sure it is not clogged or needs to be replaced.
Check the water solenoid: If the water solenoid is not functioning properly, it may not be allowing enough water to enter the machine. Check to make sure that the water solenoid is receiving power and that it is opening and closing properly.
Check the pump: The pump is responsible for pumping water through the machine, so if it is not working correctly, this could be causing the issue. Check to make sure that the pump is receiving power and that it is pumping water through the machine.
Check the manual water fill valve: If the manual water fill valve is not working, this could be preventing water from entering the machine. Check to make sure that the valve is open and that water is able to flow through it.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be best to contact a professional technician to diagnose and repair the machine.
It sounds like you may have a clog in the water line or the tubing that leads from the water tank to the 2nd group head of your coffee machine. To address this issue, you can try the following steps:
1. Disconnect the tubing from the group head and the water tank. 2. Flush the tubing with hot water to remove any buildup or debris. 3. Check the inlet and outlet holes on the group head to make sure they are not clogged or obstructed. 4. Reattach the tubing to the group head and the water tank, making sure it is securely connected. 5. Test the water flow to see if it is now flowing properly.
If the water still does not flow after following these steps, you may need to disassemble the group head and inspect it for any further blockages or damage. If you are not familiar with this type of maintenance, it is recommended to seek assistance from a professional.
