Well, its either ice building up behind the freezer back wall interfering with the fan or the fan itself is going. Unplug and empty, remove cover to expose coil and fan. Should be very very little ice (frost) on coil. if thats the case replace the fan while its still working so you can plan it and not loose your food investment. Before you are electrocuted, unplug this and have a person skilled with electricity test it. You may have a broken wire somewhere, water in an area where only electricity should be, or who knows what.Be blessed.

Hello, Thank You for using FixYa. I will be helping you today. Sometimes ice gets stuck in the ice door causing it to build up frost and ice. When this happens the bucket gets stuck and wont come off. Using a hair dryer and melting it is the way we get them off. This is a common issue. Removing the ice bucket one time a month and running hot water through it and clearing any frost in the chute usually prevents this from happening.

Order a "water filter cap" and in stall it in place of the filter to troubleshoot the problem. Here is the cap to order.

Unplug the unit and pull the start relay off the compressor and shake it. If it rattles, it is bad and needs to be replaced. Here is the part to order.

You should just be able to pull it off. It snaps in.

Are you sure your model number is KSRD22FKST ? Sounds like the defrost timer is defective yet the model number you have above your post shows a W10351625 Defrost Control BoardIn the fresh food section above the top shelf the control panel has either a defrost timer or an electronic defrost control. Unplug refrigerator and remove the face of the control panel so you can examine the timer or electronic defrost control for burn marks or signs of heat.
