Wine cooler noise
The problem is likely with one of the two fans. A new fan is available from Danby (1-800-263-2629). My noisy fan is the condensor fan located at the bottom rear of the device. After removing the cooler from under the cabinet, the source of the noise was obvious. You will need to tell them whether it is the upper fan or lower fan. Leave the cooler upright for a few hours before you plug it in so that you do not damage the condenser. Price for the fan from Danby is $20.15 including shipping. Users Manual is available at

I have the same issue I am attempting to replace the fan. It is a 120v .09 amp fan so it shouldn't be difficult to replace. My u it is from a different cooler but the same model of fan. Leads me to think this is a common part and a common problem.
Unit is dead
Probably a compressor failure following a gas leakage in the cooling coils, check any fuses to see if they have blown to protect the compressor assembly.
