Is the power supply completely dead ? If so with this model of power supply its very common for the resistor 3318 on power supply to go out. Causing the power supply to completely die. Take out the resistor 3318 its a 470 Ohm 1W resistor. check it if it doesn't read around 430-530 Ohm Its gonna be bad ( most likely ith will read in the mega ohms. Replace with a 470 Ohm 2 W resistor. Also check power supply for cracks

Philips 37PF3321/10 At first
The problem might on on your inverter board or the back light is busted.
1.Check for the input supply of the inverter board. the supply must be 24V of 12V use a multimeter range on DC
2.Then if you have input voltage (24V or 12V), check for the output of the inverter board it should have 500VDC.
3. If the output is present , the problem might be on the back light. Replace it, its available on electronic shop.
Hope this may help you

the functions in the menu screen it flashes right back to the main menu
screen. Very frustrated...need help!

My menu screen keeps popping up and won't go away
If you are comfortable, take the back off and on the lower right hand side, locate the control IR pickup board. (The Remote sensor). Follow the ribbon cable and relocate that wire away from the inductors on the X board.
You could also try a software update. That may fix the problem.

Menu problems
An incredibly simple fix after a month of frustration. Get a blank USB flash drive. Go to Philips web-site. Go to your model #. Look at problems and you'll see the menu problem. You need new software. Follow directions and download software on to flash drive. Plug in to set and watch it load up. Instant fix. I'm a very non-geek and the whole process took <15 minutes.

The TV is in some kind of protection mode, the blinking LED show you an error code.
Try pressing 062596 and then press menu button (do these in quick
motion, don't let them to time out while keying)...see what happens
Well I think that if you would have a service manual for this set that
would help a lot, I can send it to anyone who wants it via email/gmail.
Let me know if anyone want one.
I also heard that this problem appeared with some people because the of
the burnt fuse in the TV. To fix that it has to be taken to the tech
shop.
And yes I also heard about this issue many times, seems like this TV set is very popular with this kind of problem.

When i want to turn
You will need to have that unit serviced. The flash of red indicates that it is probably the LCD, specifically the inverter.
Thanks!
