Hello, it looks like your inverter boards are going out. If you are atleast a bit technical you can open the units back cover, and get the part numbers for the inverter board, these are the (one or two (master or slave) boards) you can get the part numbers and check out different prices at www.shopjimmy.com, or email Westinghouse parts department for price and availability at [email protected].

I have the same problem was working fine and less than 2 months bam red screen green lines top to bottom no image on any input just volume works....Now i will be a victim of there horrible warranty service

The only thing I can think of here is that your logic circuit on the TV is 'confused'. The best thing you can generally use to reset it is to disconnect the tv from the wall power for half an hour. That should reset everything. If that doesn't do it, you will need some kind of service.

Sounds like your flyback converter is burnt out and yes if this is the case it would be worth fixing!
