Printer head not working
Hello, Take the cartridge out and dab it on a wet paper towel until ink starts flowing. If this doesn't fix after power down and restart. Then you have hardware failure inside the printer and will have to be taken to local computer repair.
How can I print envelopes on my HP C5180. I've had
I tried all of the suggestions on here and nothing worked. My envelopes are 5x7.3. So, I finally just put in 5x7 and lo and behold, even though there truly was a paper mismatch this time since that was NOT the size of the envelopes, they printed. I did have to move the text boxes some to make them print correctly. So, I guess the solution for my printer is to actually mismatch the size of the paper/envelope so that you will NOT get the "paper mismatch" error message. Will it work on other size envelopes? I have no clue. This is the first time I've ever been able to print an envelope at all with this printer that I've had 2 or 3 years.
