I would to try a new main board first.

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. 85% of the time it will be a capacitor ! look at the top of them and if they have a bulge or have been leaking thats the problem there is many of them so study them hard

it means the power supply is working well so check the power inveter which could be left or right sided or both side.so it means no back lighting or diflectig light to displ and some other TV's the t-com card is involved to switch those inveters and make sure all fuses are leading contunitive 0000 buzzing

Be sure internal speakers are turned on, then most likely MAIN PCB you will need your complete Model/Serial #s to get the correct pt#

Check whether the audio output IC overheats. If there is a loose to its fittings to its heat-sink metal plate, this kind of fault can occur. This IC can be located at its audio output card. Contact any service technician.

replace the processorcard

check the fuse resistor on the power supply output area.use volt meter check 12v for amplifier and all regulators if the if they are outputing property the voltages as 5v or 12 and make sure no dag something like a loose which caused due heating.check zenna diodes over board makesure no contunit alam for it.This is my thoughts according to explnc and if it turning green light and stil the same the pr0blem shold be microchip(processor) or crt cap

Check the speaker/s first. if found OK, check and replace damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit, or replace the audio output card with a new one of same number. samsung tv MODEL CS-21Z58ML.no picture and low brightness problem has been re solved by replace the crt .if you found 4voltage for heater 190volt for scren still no picture you have to replace crt.but some times might be the micro chip on the circuit that its not pushing up the RGB's colors but most and common problem is CRT board.if you'll try to replace the transistors or ic.it will not change any thing.so guys letme know if you fixed it at [email protected] thanks

There is something short circuit, within the TV circuit bards.

What is your TV model #?

It might not be from your tv but from your tv router which can't receive a good signal. I recommend you try unplugging your tv router and see if the other free channels are clearer than with the tv router plugged in.If they are clearer, then their is a problem with your router.You should call your tv company and tell them about it.Hope this helped your problem!

If the backlight works (meaning that when the tv is on, and the lights in your house are turned off, there is a black glow coming from the screen) then you know your backlight is powered and such.

So far, so good... the next problem lies in one of two places (most likely). It could be the main board which is where your connections plug into the set... If this main boards output to the t-con board is dead, then replacing the main board will fix this problem....

However the more likely problem is with the T-CON board. If you open your unit, there is a silver metal casing with some screws near the top of the screen. You will notice some metallic tape at the top of this metal piece. Also, you will notice a wire harness/ribbon cable connecting just under the base of this metal. Beneath the metal is the T-CON... This board is pretty much the only thing between your main board and the screen.

Replacing the t-con could fix your issue.

If you locate this board, there should be a model number located on the upper-right corner. Be sure and replace it with the correct part.

Don't know if people are still having this issue or not but figured I'd post what i went through to help anyone that has. My LN-T3253H tv as out of warranty when I finally got around to calling Samsung. They flat out lied about the commonality of this problem and I convinced them to at least pay for any parts. Problem is the labor of a technician would be around $150. So, I bought the new power supply from Partstore.com for around $70. Just go to partstore.com and enter your model number and look for the power supply on the page. It took 3 days to get the part. It was very easy to replace. All you have to do take off the back cover of the tv (think there were around 12 screws all around the outside and one where the A/V connections are and pull off. Unhook the plugs going to the power supply and the four screws holding the board and then replace with the new board. So far, this fixed the issue. Keep your old board in case it starts happening again. You can probably have the old board repaired to fix the original problem since so many TV repair shops are aware of the issue. I am trying to find out from someone which specific capacitor or other piece is causing the issue and plan on fixing it myself. If and when I do, I will also post that.

Make sure you give Samsung a ton of grief when you speak to them and see if they lie to you also. I had just bought two of the new Samsung LED TV's for my media room. They work great but I returned both because of Samsung's refusal to fix my LN-T3253H and I will never, ever buy Samsung products again.

Call 1-800-Samsung and ask them if there is a Firm Ware Upgrade for your model.. If there is none then you have a bad Main bd and need to be replaced.

You should contact Samsung service to know if the internal setup for the picture sizing was not adjusted properly at the factory.

Take care that some of these sets have a user zoom mode. Maybe it is in the zoom mode. Check in your instruction manual before calling for service support.
