Can't get internet access
What is the name of the provider? You need to send the WAP and Internet settings (MMS settings too) to the phone. The easiest way is to have it done automatically at www.configuremyphone.com
Depending they may charge a small fee (few dollars) to send the settings to your phone. This is much simpler than programming in the settings by hand.

My cellphone just cant turn on
First, make sure that the battery is fully charged for at least 4 hours.
Then remove the battery for about 5 minutes, then put it back on.
If same problem occur, then the problem could be one of the following:
1. Defective battery.
2. Loose wire or component connection.
3. Corrupted firmware.
4. Defective power button.
Any of these problems, should not cost you too much.
Good luck!

Why phone makes calls but can't receive them
I am not sure which carrier you use, but I used to work for Cingular (not ATT) where we had the same problem with a lot of the Motorola phones. Even though we were told to just refer customers to the 800 customer service number, there is a quick fix that worked 99.9% of the time:
1. Turn off your phone
2. Remove the battery
3. Leave the phone off for about 30 seconds - 1 minute
4. Replace the battery and then turn the phone back on
Usually you will turn it on and see that you have loads of voicemails and missed texts. From what I was told, it is caused by keeping the phone on for long periods of time without turning it off and back on again and that Motorola owners have the biggest issues.
I really hope this helps. If it doesn't, just respond and tell me some more about your problem, such as which carrier you are using and if there is a chance someone has access to parental controls.

I want the codes to unlock my motorola A1200
Hi,
We can provide remote unlocking codes for 99% of Motorola handsets cheaply and very quickly.
There is no need to send the handset to us, all we need is the IMEI (serial number) of the handset which can viewed by pressing *#06# on the handset keypad.
The cost for this is £5 or €6 and your unlock code is returned within 24 hours, although usually alot quicker, typically within 15 minutes! :-)
Drop us a mail at sales@phonezonescotland if you want more information and we will be happy to help.
Regards
Joe @ PZS
