Hi, Please check printer setting if you are any other printing setting then this types of issue create. If you are not set then Go to Printer icon and right click and property option and set default setting option. your printer also set auto. then you check it is not solved then reinstalled old printer driver and again installed printer driver i hope solved your issues. Have you accidently turned on manual duplex in the print settings on your P.C? this will then print the instructions on how to feed the paper in for duplex (two sided printing) on the envelopes.

The HP 1600 uses an all-in-one toner cartridge and drum unit. When you replace the toner, you replace the drum. The unit is NOT repairable or servicable.. you don't want to open the toner cartridge, you will only make a huge mess.

Pls put empty Colour toner

Run 30-40 blank pages through it to take the image off the belt. Go to Word or another WP program, call up a blank page and print it 30-40 times.

check to see if the toners are full if not replace them and also have a look on the fuser and ITB unit.

Bad drum or bad laser. Replace the cyan print cartridge (not the toner), and see if that helps. If you still have the background, take it in for service.
