What is 'file error'?
Hi,
try to re-set the camera remove the battery: after a 5 minutes put it again re-set it, the memory file error will clear this way. if your memory stick problem replace it.
My camera will not come on
my camera will not turn on or off lense stuck open put new batteries still nothing my daughter took picture with it everything went blank its the samsung s630 worked fine till today!!

new memory card probably needed.... unless your already missing one.... Just take it in to some electronics store and get there opinion.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Low battery indication with new batteries
Make sure you are using rechargable batteries. Normal batteries are not
strong enough. Try using either rechargable Lithium Ion batteries, or
rechargable Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries. These are much
stronger and should give you a good battery life.
