Xerox Phaser 8560DN Laser Printer Questions & Answers
Xerox Phaser 8560 Not Duplexing
Check to make sure that "Plain Paper" is selected as the paper type for tray 2 in the printer's internal setup. If it's not set as the default then the printer may think you have labels or some other special media loaded that can't be printed in duplex.
1. Go to the printer.
2. Use the up and down arrow keys to hilight "Paper Tray Setup" on the main menu and push "OK".
3. Use the up and down arrow keys to hilight "Tray 2 Paper Type" and push "OK".
4. Hilight "Plain Paper" and push "OK".
5. Press the return button (the one with the little rounded arrow symbol) to return to the main menu.
That should solve it.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

On my Xerox Phaser 8560
Have you tried using the jet substitution instead of cleaning every time. We used to do that till we had 5 or 6 weak jets then run the cleaning and if they have all recovered turn off the jet substitution..
Jamming when duplexing
Anonymous,
Look very closely at the area of Jamming don't just rip out the paper without investigating where the edge of the paper has moved through the printer for your clues to solving the issue.
Good luck.
Settings for Xerox Phaser 8560 to avoid Avery label jams
Don't use old labels as I think the glue tends to seep out from the edges and get trapped, either in the IBT belt or in the fuser.
Don't use none recommended as the temperature can also cause a problem with labels getting stuck inside.
Good Luck.
Xerox Phaser 8560 - error code 09 037 45 108564
Hi there
That's a ink loader error, due to the 8200 ink stick; to fix it:
- Power down the printer.
- Hold the back button and the info button at the same time, without letting go, power up the printer.
- Keep holding down the buttons until the XEROX logo comes fully to the center of the screen, keep holding for 2 more seconds, then let go. I'll take about a minute or two for the Diagnostic screen to come up, the display will turn blank and black.
- When the Diagnostic screen comes up go to down to the Function or Exercise option, there will be an option that says "clear ISC faults" it'll ask you to press OK to confirm, after you do then you will exit Diagnostics and the printer will reboot.
It should be fine until it happens again. Until all the 8200 ink is gone you will probably be doing this a few more times. Also make sure the 8200 ink is not jammed inside the ink loader, if it is then you have to un-jam it some how.
Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

Xerox Phaser 8560, produces cyan colored streaks
You are probably using "Media Sciences" ink sticks (Non-Xerox).
This means the printheads jets are clogged, and the printhead needs replacing.
Media Sciences released a defective lot of cyan ink sticks.
They are currently replacing printheads (at their cost) if you call them.
Xerox Phaser 8560DN error code 07,010,43
Sadly, Xerox says that this means "Power off the printer and contact support".
Phaser 8560 Support Drivers
However, there is something about "opening the pivot plate", it's Greek to me, but google it and see if you can't reset the brain in the printer and get it back to life without an expensive service call.
8650 waste tray stuck
Power off the printer and wait about 10 minutes. Power back on and try to remove it when you hear a clicking sound during restart. If it is still stuck, there may be a broken cam or housing causing the tray to become stuck. If this is the case, a technician will need to be called for the repair.
Xerox 8500 phaser prints brown tint
Most likely the cyan ink is burnt. If the ink sticks are left unused (printing more black than color, this will happen.
Print the test pages for PQ troubleshooting from the control panel and examine each print. Cyan will probably have very dark streaks down the page, magenta should look normal, and yellow also will have dark stripes. You need to replace this burnt ink, and the only way is to print. From within paint (or similar accessory in other OS) Create a full page of cyan, and print about 100 - 200 pages, or until the cyan starts to clear up. Yes it is a waste, but much cheaper than a print head, Do this for yellow as well.
Error code 0x0000007a
This error code is usually an issue with the print spooler service of the Windows OS on your PC. I would advise running the Microsoft Fixit tool
