My Denon hd 2500 will not recognize my 500gig HD

first of all , 500gig its a lot and its not recomend to used such a large hd, second, the hd probably its not format in FAT32, mostly of the external hd came format in ntfs, but all the media player such ipods or dvd media players or even the dn2500 used fat32 format, so you need to copy all your music to another hardrive and format the 500 gigs to fat 32, but in my opinion you should organice better your music i dont thing you ever will used 500gigs and the data base its so large that it will take forever to load.

My denon 2500 drive is not being recognised by

probably your internal hardrive is lose, or your data base lost. tray create a new database, go to utilities and create a new data base .. if it doesnt its because your hardrive its damage, if its , u probably can recovery the music but you have to buy a new one soon ,or use your dn from a external hd, remember fat32 for external usb hd.

Size of fuse for Denon dra 697

The Denon DRA-697CI stereo receiver typically uses a 250V, 2.5A fuse. However, it's always a good idea to consult the user manual or check the label near the power input on the device itself to confirm the exact fuse size and specifications for your particular model. Using the correct fuse size is important for safety and to prevent damage to the receiver. If you're unsure, you can also contact Denon customer support for assistance.

I have a old Denon DP-47F turntable, if I pressed the Arm lifter button, the tonearm can be slowly rising, but if Down, the tonearm will suddenly go down, no buffering. Please ask how to fix it.

Check and clean the dampening piston(s) associated with the raise / lower mechanism. The silicon oil may have dried up or leaked out.
