My viewsonic n2751w tv will not stop channeling down... have to put weight on top to stop

mmm sounds like a sticky channel switch on your tv itself. Spray some special stuff called Contact cleaner spray available at any electrical outlet or hobbyshop - its a little bit expensive but works great to clean motherboards and most other electrical equipment. Spray while the tv is off and press buttons in between sprays

Not getting any power to the tv when it is plugged in. is the fuse bad and if so where can i get one to replace it?

You should check the fuse on the power supply first before replacing it. A simple ohm meter check will tell you if it is good. You will probably find that you'll need to replace the whole power supply.

REMOVE BACK COVER

There back cover is snap locked into place. Look around the outer edge carefully and you'll see small slots. Insert a small flathead screwdriver into these slots and work around the whole TV to release the snap locks.

The tv had no power

There is no positive or negative polarity to a fuse. A fuse is just an in circuit protective device designed to blow when there is excessive current flow. A shorting transitor, coil or numerous other components in the power supply circuitry can cause this. Take power supply to television store, this will save you a fee from them having to come out, and have them diagnose the power supply, which they are good at. You might want to consider going online and ordering a new power supply.

No power, when plugged in, the led near the power

Hello, This is a very common problem with your set. There are several capacitors on the power supply board. usually they are rated at 1000uf@25v in the secondary. These caps overheat and leak.
This causes no 24v start up to the inverter board and the set will shut down in protect.

The power supply will need repair. This should be repaired by a service shop.
We can fix the power supply for you if you can disassemble and remove the supply.
Please visit http://www.albiontvandcomputer.com for the address to send your board.

Hope this helps, please be sure to rate my answer as it will help me too.

Thanks again,
Mike
