User MANUAL

You seem to be rather mad. I found a one page Specifications. I also found a site where you have to log on, or give your e-mail address to receive the manual. I did not test the link because I have no need for it. Here is the link. Use at your own risk. If that does not work please do not blame me: Just trying to help. BTW getting upset is not going to solve any problem. http://www.easyhelpguide.com/easyusermanual.asp?mnf=Argus&mdl=QuickClix%205150&usrReg=0&loginprmt=1

Hi, I lost my cd for my camera. I have a new comp

I just logged onto the Argus site....
  1. Go to it here: http://www.arguscamera.com
  2. Drop down the Support Tab
  3. Choose Manuals/Drivers
  4. Choose Drivers / Discontinued Cameras / DC5150 and push the "GO" button.
You will automatically have the Drivers for your camera downloaded in the form of an "exe" file.
You can also do this to get the camera's manual. They also have a "Contact Us" area, where you can either call or e-mail any questions you have to them.
I hope this works!

When I turn the camera on, the lens doesn't open

Hello :That's a common problem on these cameras. A moving coil actuator melts down inside and locks up an internal shutter closed permanently. You will need to open the camera and remove the shutter completely; no way to fix it.

Won't turn on, LED flashes red and green only.

Your problem may be due to weak/worn out batteries or corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of the batteries and place them back in the camera and give them a full charge (assuming that you are using rechargeable batteries). This cleaning clears the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, your batteries may need to be replaced or the camera may have a problem that requires professional repair.

If this response helps, please post a rating for me. A rating of "Very Helpful" would be appreciated . .
