Hi CF60 indicates Recycle Toner Transport area lock. U need to take out the process unit, remove developer unit, remove drum, drum blade & recovery blade, disposed all waste toner, make sure the gear can turn properly. Then reassembly back everything.

This is a fault relating to the toner recycling system which is behind the black cover on the process unit-error code suggests that it has locked.

The recycle toner transport area is locked thus CF60 sign on.

Is it possible to print when connected directly to the printer? You can try it from another computer too to see if that works. That will help determine where the problem is. You can also try rebooting/resetting the printer and the computer and if that doesn't work try reinstalling the drivers. Still, have issues please call me at 1800-204-4427. Please could you tel what trial period are you talking about? Your question is supposed to be about a Toshiba e-Studio 282 Printer If it's the trial period of an application, normaly it's quite impossible to "reset" trial period.
