Hi, If you not installed the printer software , it will not print, But if you have installed it properly and still did not print ,you will have to un-install the printer and re-install the drivers (software )again.

After re-installing the drivers , You will need to use the manual as a guide when installng the printer.

You can download manual from the below link.

Hope it helps.

I am unable to print

On the computer problem the printer is probably not installed properly, try using another usb port, if that doesn't help, delete the printer from start -> printers and faxes or device. by right clicking on it and selecting delete or remove.

also uninstall related printer programs (that came with the printer) by going to start -> control panel -> uninstall programs or "add or remove programs"

then run the setup cd and plug the printer into another usb port when asked.

That should solve the problem on printing from a computer.

As for the photos not being clear, this could be caused by low ink, or dirty head, run a cleaning if that doesn't help, restore the printer to default settings and possibly use a product like magic bullet cleaning solution http://www.specialistinks.com/unblock-printer-heads.php to get it printing like It used to.

Paper Jam. paper israppedaround the

Remove all the doors and covers from the printer that come off easily and try pulling the paper out with tweezers or similar. Try to rotate it by hand, or possibly try to force the printer to put a paper thought the machine. possibly by pressing OK button a few times. Doesn't work with all printers.

if thats no help and you can't get rid of the paper jam, if you are outside of warranty you would have to start taking apart the printer until you get the jammed paper out of it, but first try to rotate the gears etc inside by hand, and see if you can get the paper to move. if you, prepare yourself with a good set of screw drivers, and take notes of what parts go where, and store the screws in different cups etc so you can get it back together once you get rid of the paper jam.

You may have to take apart the printer quite a lot, if that goes beyond what you can do, you might have to take the printer to a repairer to get the paper jam removed.

If there is paper stuck inside the machine and noting you have tried doesn't get it out, then you must take the printer apart to get it out unfortunately.

Paper jam all the time but there is no paper

This error message is displayed by the printer when paper is jammed in one or more locations. In such a case, users are recommended to remove the jammed paper from the specified location. The entire paper path must be checked for any pieces of paper. To stop the message, open and close the top most cover of the printer. Lastly, verify the flags and the sensors. If the problem persists, the cause of the error message could be a broken sensor or sensor lever.

IT WONT PRIUNT BLACK OR COLOR

If a printer is not printing at all whether black or colored this can be a software or hardware related issue on the printer.

The first thing that we need to do here is first check all the connections between the computer and printer and make sure they are connected fine with each other and then unplug and replug the connection between them to ensure proper connection and restart the printer and the computer at the same time.

But if still not working after that I would recommend that you do uninstall the printer software and then restart the computer and once computer is back reinstall the printer software like doing a new installation of the printer t your computer and then once done check if the printer is fine now.
