Hi,Welcome to FixYa.Since you have already performed calibration and cleaned the printhead, kindly verify that the ink cartridges are not damaged and are completely seated in the printhead:1. Lift the printer access door, then remove the ink cartridges from the printhead.2. Verify that the labels on the ink cartridges are intact, and that the cartridges are not damaged.3. Verify that the KODAK Ink Cartridges have not been refilled.4. Insert the black ink cartridge into the printhead, then press down firmly until you hear it click into position.
5. Insert the color ink cartridge into the printhead, then press down firmly until you hear it click into position.
6. Close the printer access door.7. Check the printer status monitor on your computer (or the LCD screen on the printer) to determine if there is sufficient ink available for your print job. NOTE: When the "Black ink cartridge is low" or "Color ink cartridge is low" message is displayed, print quality can be affected.8.Reprint the original picture or document that had the quality problem.Hope this helps. Thanks for using FixYa.
