I would pull the paper out, give the inside a good blast of canned air, pull the cartridges and then reload it like you're setting it up again the first time: paper, ink, test print. If you still get the error code try cleaning it again but on its side or back and check the print head belt and rail, too.

Go to printers and devices. Remove ALL the printers you don't have and all the Kodak printers you do have. Load the Kodak install CD and follow the directions.

This is often a problem when using non-Kodak inks as the cheap after-market cartridges use dye instead of pigment inks. Replace the after-market cartridge with the proper Kodak pigment ink cartridge and the problem should go away.
