Make sure the test leads are correctly inserted into the proper sockets, select the range that is higher than what you are testing, e.g., 240ohm, set it to the 2k range. If you are not getting a reading, (open circuit / infinite / "1.") click up one range. You can download the manual from their website if you don't have one.

code p0700 refers to transmission control system/MIL-malfunction===causes wiring---TCM ( transmission control module.). Replace the TCM and use a code reader to reset the engine light.
