It will depend on what software you're running on the computer, but if you have Windows 7, just connecting the phone via the USB cord should bring up an option menu (after the computer searches for and installs a driver for your phone) which allows you to "download pictures" or "view files". Even if the menu doesn't pop up, you're phone should still appear on your computer as an external drive. Simply open the drive, and look in a folder called DCIM for the pictures.

Hi,
To make your GPRS working you should first need the settings for it.You cannot set it.Your network provider should give the default gateway address for it.Then only you can use it.
If you already have set the GPRS setting and now if it is not working because the network service provider would have changed the gateway Ip address.You have to again set the new one.

Please call your network service provider and ask him to send the GPRS settings for your mobile.He/she will ask for the mobile model and send you the appropriate GPRS setting.You will get the settings as an SMS.go to iIbox and save the setting...

Now you can work with it.Your phone has no issues with GPRS.Only network service provider has to give the correct settings.

it can't be done, inless those songs are a minute long. but you can go to phonezoo.com and make your own from the music you have already in your my music folder and create a ringtone from there and give it your phone number and it will sent the ring tone you made to your phone(don't worry about safty thod because it compleatly safe i have done it a million times)and you can also choose from already made ringtones and pics people put on there.

Once you go there, then on the right you'll see the "Select Your Phone" choose the "Q Series" and then you'll have to decide which exact model you have. Once you click on the particular model you have, you'll see the different areas under "Additional Resources" such as "Quick Start Guide" etc.

All you can do is a battery reset. Important thing for battery reset is to always make sure unit is on. Remove the battery. Wait 10 sec and then put it back in. Other then that check your warranty status.

When you have the email downloaded on the Q, go to File Manager and navigate to \Application Data\Volatile. You will see your attachment there - click Menu\File\Copy To.

Then, navigate down to your Storage Card folder (or into a subfolder, if you like), and hit Done.

dear jmoore, first of all i would like to check you message settings. There are multiple parts in it. check your message center number. if you dont know it ask you service provider. You also have to put reply via same server to 'NO'. I assume you are in proper service area.

You might also like to get your hardware checked for any signal problems with your cellphone. You can also try to send it on multiple networks to see if it works. And if it does on some networks then it means theres nothing wrong with your cellphone. Recipient inbox could be full. You should also delete all the pending messages from your outbox to solve the problem.
It that doesnt work there is no way except taking the phone to your nearest cellphone shop.
