Can't turn on from Stanby mode
I would assume the power board has a problem. A tech could possibly repair it without replacing the whole board.

Doing channel scan on antenna a for cable and when done it ends up with only channels for air.
Try a hard reset to this TV and check. If it do not help you, the main system control memory IC to it is faulty; and should be replaced. There are two types of reset to TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight; will be better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here.

Just stand by led blue and red. it wont power on
Sounds like main board fault. These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "
Mosaic" will make surf easy.

Where can I sell a pioneer pdp 5070pu plasma tv for parts?
HI, the best way to do this is to disassemble the set and post all the individual internal parts like the power board and main PCB logic and v boards, on line on a e-bay type of sale forum. this way, you can make more money. if you post the entire plasma screen with the crack as is, you will not get many hits. is will be assumed that it is damage goods.
Breaking this set down and, posting the internal circuitry piece by piece will make you more money in this case. The power supply board will sale for at least 289.00. and the main logic(PCB) will sale for 300 to 350. i would go this route to maximizes your gain.

After off for a while,
Ur tv have a dying power supply board, that the board where the power a/c cord plug into.U have all the tools and know basic electronic also can do basic soldering work?Yes,take the tv aparts and check the tv power supply board carefully looking for dying capacitors components parts. These dying many capacitors components parts are alway bulges up or puffing up onto it tops. These capacitors parts are slowing leaking and dying to causes the tv to have a unstable managements of power voltages to tv to powering up the tv,unstable power supply board source that why the tv LED power light indicator are flashing.Replaced all these dying and leakages capacitors components parts are bulging ups or puffing ups onto it tops.Replaced all these dying capacitors parts with the same Micro Fared and but it voltages higer like 5 or 10 voltages higher than the old capacitors parts u are replacing. These higher 5 or 10 voltages on the new capacitors parts will help it to with stand heat better than those old capacitors parts u are replacing.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish tv power supply board for the replacement.
