ok what you do is take the batery pack out and hit the camera there/
if it dont work try again

I was told by Best Buy I could use the USB to transfer video which is not the case, you have to get the firewire cable. To get the computer to recognize the camera (for still images not video) you have to have the memory card in the camera then hook up the USB.
