MAKE SURE THAT THE PAPER SIZE IS SET TO THE CORRECT POSISTION AND MAKE SURE THE PAPER IS COMPATIBLE NOT TOO THICK OR WIDE

Please follow the steps below to fix the problem:

1. Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder.

2. Try to reach for the paper jam.

3. If paper jam can't be reached, open the printer cover to access the cartridge area. You may be able to get a better hold of the paper jam in the cartridge area.

4. Remove the paper jam and make sure not to tear or leave any torn piece of paper in the printer.

When paper jam is clear, try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

If problem continues, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for additional assistance.

Yes the problem is with your printer port setting, to view or to correct the printer port setting,
- go to CONTROL PANEL
- click or open Printer or Faxes
- right click your Lexmark printer and click properties
- a menu will appear, choose or click PORT tab
- at the Port tab listing, choose USB port and click ok after choosing the right port.

then you should be able to print properly after the right configuration.

Use the Vista driver in Windows 7. You can download and install the driver in the Lexmark website. First, check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit system type. Go to Start menu > right-click on Computer > Properties. Take note of the System Type.

"Unrecoverable Scan Error" message indicates a scanner hardware problem in your printer. Please contact Lexmark technical support for further assistance.

Try to wipe the cartridge nozzles with a slightly moistened soft cloth to clean it from dirt and possible clogs. If that doesn't help, try to insert a different known working cartridge to determine if the other is faulty.

Alignng your Lexmark:
1. Load paper in the paper tray.

1. On the control panel, press Mode repeatedly until Copy is selected.
2. Press Options until MAINTENANCE appears.
3. Press + until Align appears, and then press Select.

An alignment page prints. Once this page prints, your automatic alignment is complete.

The application file might have gotten corrupted. You can try to reinstall the printer driver using the install disc that came with your printer. Or you can also download the driver by visiting the Lexmark website.

Change Toner cartridge.
Do not refill your toner cartridge in the same place anymore ;) Do not refill them like 10 times ;) Use original toners for your MF/Printer

Make sure the ABBYY Fine Reader is installed on your computer. This software is only available in the install disk that came with your printer. hi jalemn,

if your printer has a feature of direct printing then there should have an LCD screen where you will be able to navigate your camera for printing..because if no LCD screen monitor then its hard for us to choose our existing images.,try also using a PC for it to test.

Absolutely. The printer doesn't know what you will be sending it so it must be ready for anything it is capable of doing before it will operate. There is no work around for this.

Go to the printers maintenance window and do the routine maintenance by letting it go on head cleaning and alignment.The printer software will tell you if the inks is full or not.See if you have properly installed your color cartridge cause any thing in between the cartridge contacts will render your new cartridge undetected. Unmount it then remount it and run diagnostics again.
