If you do factry reset and it does not help, unit is bad and needs to be excahnged (if still under warranty). If not, you may be better off getting a new tablet.

Check to be sure that your USB is not "write protected." Are you trying to save this to a jump-drive? It would be good to know what it is (device) that you're trying to save to. You may also have to change the properties of the device you're saving to. Need more info.

The laptop may be overheating.
When the CPU overheats then it will shutdown (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down.If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes this problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are cloggedwith dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan. If the fan and heat sink is clogged withdust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use acan of compressed air to do this.

If you have used some registry cleaner, it might have erased a registry value. Try to restore the computer to an earlier configuration.
